AI governance debates are full of urgency and short on a particular kind of question: not what can this system do, but what is this doing to the people inside the relationship with it — the person at the keyboard, the team building the next model, the institution deploying a tool it never fully examined.
That question doesn't show up in most safety frameworks because it isn't a safety question in the conventional sense. It's a formation question. Campo+AI™ is where Terreno Group holds it.
Not the same conversation everyone else is having
Most AI commentary moves in one of two registers: technical (what the system can do) or regulatory (how it should be controlled). Campo+AI™ moves in a third register that the other two rarely touch — what it costs, who pays that cost, and what it would mean to build and use this technology from formation rather than from momentum alone.
